Weekly Workouts

Stay active at home over lockdown with AVSSP’s Weekly Workouts.

We’ll provide 5 new activities per week to form your workout routine, follow the video or use the activity cards to learn the routine then complete as many circuits as you are comfortable with using the times below as a guide.

Key Stage 1 – 10 minutes          Key Stage 3 – 30 minutes

Key Stage 2 – 20 minutes          Key Stage 4/5 & Adults – 40 minutes

Adults category:

Pro – if you are physically active numerous times per week and enjoy sport and exercise

Novice – if you do not consider yourself to be regularly physically active

    *You will be asked to create a unique username when entering, make sure you (or your parent/guardian if you are under 18) are happy with the name you are using as your username and school will displayed on the league tables.

    *Any email data will be stored on secure servers and will not be shared, once prize draw is made all email records will be destroyed. Under 18 entrants should not enter an email address.

    *Ensure all participants warm up thoroughly before undertaking these activities, participants take part in the activities at their own risk with AVSSP CIO taking no responsibility for any injuries which may occur.
