Please find below a list of AVSSP risk assessments for events and competitions throughout the year. To make it easier for schools to plan their attendance at events the below risk assessments can be downloaded for individual school use and can be adapted to suit the needs of your school.
If you are planning to run a similar event in school these Risk Assessments can be easily adapted to suit the needs of your staff and students
Please note that at all events the pupils of your school are your responsibility so please ensure that they are safe throughout. Should you have any concerns at any event please make this clear to one of the leads.
Each risk assessment contains a core element which applies to most events as well as a sport specific bolt on to provide more detail for the given competition/event, while some include an additional section where specifics to each venue can be included if appropriate to do so
