Amber Valley Disability Sports Club

Our newest activity club allows students with physical disabilities to take part in sport and physical activity in a safe, fun, inclusive environment

Targeting children aged 7-13 will take part in sports such as Boccia, New Age Kurling, Seated Volleyball, Goalball and more with a variety of fun, active games delivered by an experienced PE Specialist with a degree in SEN/D Sports Coaching

The club takes place in a brand new facility in the centre of Alfreton with the support of the secondary school and their young sports leaders

Venue: David Nieper Academy, Grange Street, Alfreton, DE55 7JA

Day/Time: Thursday’s 5-6pm (beginning 16th January)

Participants: Children with physical disabilities aged between 7 and 13

Activity: Range of inclusive sports, games and activities aimed at providing a fun, safe sporting experience
